Hi everyone!I've gotten a few differing opinions about cardio during prep phase so u wanted to ask...I've gotten my good figured today so that my protein and fat is identical, but my cals are at 2300, which is a lot higher than I'm used to, which is 1700. Should I not be doing cardio even with the higher cals during prep phase? A couple of people have said no cardio but I wanted to get other peoples advise. (I will still be lifting)
