I do it first thing in the morning. Before coffee or water or anything. Walking after a training session is ok. HIIT not so much. Like tomorrow I'm going to do HIIT and walk around. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
Yup i also do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, on my off days though.Which make it 2 HIIT cardio sessions a week. Dont do cardio after weight training. Not HIIT in anyways

What split do you normally do for HIIT?
well if my week is without inerruptions i go: MO,TUE,WED,FRI,SAT weights THU and SUN(Which are my off days) HIITGna try some Tabata this week and onwards for a month. Gna see how that works out
