Hi guy'sI have just read Cbl and was wondering how to incorparate my 25 min HIIT Cardio in the morning?Will l just start the day with coffee and then off to cardio and then a A M Accelerator shake after my session and then wait a couple of hours and have my first solid food protein/fat meal?Thanks

When do you lift? Just do HIIT fasted in the morning. After HIIT have the coffee and coconut oil. Then have the solid meal later.
