Hey all.So I have a theory, that my work hours and bicycle are halting my progress.I work shift work, meaning the hours change every week. Week one: 7am - 3pm. Week two: 3pm - 11pm. Week three: 11pm - 7am. And then it starts over. I never get to sleep at the same time each week, and never sleep the same amount of hours. Not good, right?Also, I ride my bicycle to work every day 5-6 times a week. It comes to about 45-50 min. of moderate pace cardio a day. I'm thinking that this might screw with CBL aswell?So in fact, I'm wondering if I'm better off doing a modified carb nite, instead of backloading 3-4 times a week?Any advice? 🙂
