I would really like to know if Kiefer has read any studies on Colostrum in supplimentation. Here in NZ there has been some studies on the benifits of colostrum powder. However the dosage is set very high for any real changes to occour. It is quite expensive and would cost $30-40 a day.Any more genuine studies or input would be appreciated, especially compaired to Hydrolyzed proteins.
In general all the studies on it show the same thing. It could be helpful if you wanted to break the bank daily to use it. Doing an affordable low dose is pretty usless.
Nathan Im in NZ too. If you could get Colostrum for free (or cheap) off a farmer it would be worth taking. But otherwise I dont think its worth the price. You might be better off finding some Raw milk for similar benefits without the outrageous price tag.
