Hey there, me again.Can't remember seeing any mention of alcohol use during CBL.Can we make a 1ce a week tipple fit into the DB phase? I am talking max 4 single shots with mixers? Is this doable, or does it ruin everything? Trying to plan here...help a brother out with some advice please.CheersH

The best way of searching that I have found is just typing "dangerouslyhardcore.com [topic]", for example "dangerouslyhardcore.com alcohol". The first 1 or 2 links should have a link called "More results from dangerouslyhardcore.com" that should be all ya need. This generally works for other forums too.
