I know doing density bulking with Cbl is not reccomended.. But I would like to anyway for endurance. So on a day like today I'm not lifting, but want to do cardio.. Would you guys suggest to backload after cardio, or just fats and protein all day?

Dont do cardio.Buuuut if you have to I'd do sprints like he recommends in the book. Just as effective as cardio. And if you're just one of those runner types and you have to do yr running don't backload after the running.

I was curious about this same topic such as doing cardio in the low carb part of the day (morning) and then resistance training in the afternoon. what nutritional preferences would be optimal?

If you doing just cardio, don't back load.If you do cardio just do ULC to matter the time of day you do it.

correct, cardio does not require a backload.

Actually Density Bulking might allow you to get away with steady-state cardio because there is so much energy available and you will be backloading every night, so your glycogen will always be full.  I think it would be perfectly fine to do, if it is done every once a week.  I wouldn't reccomend doing it several times a week.

I've got a question…has anyone seen any research or advice for cardio junkies that may have burnt out their T3/T4 production from overdoing cardio?  Other than rest or give it a week.  Mods, has Keifer commented on this anywhere?

Get thyroid tested? Don't under-eat. Probably stay away from fasted cardio/lifting. Loads of carbs.I don't remember anything on the show about this.
