I train at the least optimal time according to the book, 11am-1pm, and considering I've missed the window to refill glycogen stores and am just preparing my body for the next training session when I backload, I'm wondering if it would better to backload on off days and go ULC on traing days as opposed to ULC on off days and backload on training days. I train m-w-f-sat. so if anyone has tried this or has any experience with it please respond.

Backload normally on training days. Since you end at 1pm correct?

I'd do the back load the nights of the training sessions and do your post workout shake sans carbs

So if you finish training at 1 and have your post-workout shake sans carbs, would you need to be more conservative with your backload that night?
