So, I am taking the family on spring break vacation.  I want to be able to let my hair down a little bit (so to speak).  I have been doing the SA version of CBL since December.  I was thinking about continuing to follow the protocol, but simply switch to the DB version (so I get to have some carbs every night for 4 nights) and then rotate right back into SA when I get back home.  Does this sound like a reasonable way to continue to work within the parameters of CBL without the need to go through the prep phase again?

Curious about this myself since I'm currently on R&R and I've been Fasting/ULC for the last three days now.

Are you finally out of lockup?

Have been for a while now, just been on a plane for the last 15 hours...and about to be on the last one home. Just I know that I "might" slip up and have a few things I'm not suppose to during the day, but I "might" not. I just posted everything I had on the plane, and I haven't slept in two days. If I did, they were like 30 minute naps.

Ouch.  I can't stand being cooped up that long.  Welcome home!!!

THANK YOU! It feels great being home. I hated being "still" for that long period of time.
