Anyone doing training after 7 pm before 10 pm do you CBL before training like in the book? How has it been going I am also wondering what time you last eat before you train in evening? For instance I ate at or normally eat at 3-4 pm sometimes 5 then don't eat until 930 I'm feeling a bit sluggish but Not horrible i push through my workouts not sure if I should eat at. 6pm protein only with some mct oil and then hit gym or start CBL before like the books says ! It kinda seems you're over thinking all this. Just eat something if you're hungry at least an hour or two before training. Then eat carbs after

Try using the Ignition shake 30 minutes pre-workout.

I usally eat last meal 3h before my workout, for help digestion. When I workout I feel good and more energetic with empty stomach. Workout at 1800 start bl at 1930 end bl at 2200.

DB is supposed to start Backload Pre-Training, if your doing SA just have a larger PWO Shake, and a single BL meal.

No no. A PRE-workout before. The "Ignition" formula. Creatine, caffeine, small amount of whey, and MCT.

A post workout before? The book states that the only real change for SA is the meal window because you dont have as much time to get carbs in. The solution for DB is start carbs PRE Workout. SA Just have a bigger POST Workout (PWO) Shake, and a single carb meal.

+1 thats what I was trying to clarify haha. No carbs PRE if your SA. Just a bigger POST
