CBL – First Backload

    Hello,

    I am finishing up my 10 day preparation phase and I just have a couple of questions about my first backload. First, should this last at least 6 hours like Carb Nite, in order to turn all hormones back on? Also, should I use the Delta weight loss chart in order to calculate the carbs for my first backload? I weighed myself a couple of days ago and lost 6lbs, so if that stays the same would I shoot for the correlating amount to fully fill my glycogen stores? After that, I realize it would be based on the workout.

    1) No, because you’ll backload again soon. Just keep it 2-4 hours at least.
    2) You can, as a guideline, or up to 2g/LBM
    3) It’s the max amount your body could store, just keep that in mind and try not to strive for it all the time.
