Trevor G FullbrightModeratorCoffee with milk and sugar and milk shakes. The others will have lots of fructose and wont help towards goals at all.

ChuckMemberYea true I believe the Dextrose is the only thing listed. I had a gallon jug I bought at Wal-Mart, and didn’t make me bloat so trial and error.

+A milkshake could be an Addition to a meal ---> Soda is a tough one. I drink lots of water to avoid cramping when back loading in excess of 500+grams. - I would avoid the post workout caffeine, as i think it can actually suppress insulin and become counterproductive to your goal, at higher MG doses. Dextrose powder is too cheap to be messing around with gatorade. I bought this to help me. IronFreakShowGuestI just said Gatorade in gallon jugs because it doesn't have fructose in it. I'd agree though, I like making unsweetened tea, getting a big glass, filling it up and then putting a cup of dextrose powder in it. BOOOOM…….sweeeeeeet tea, that carries about 100g of carbs………sip on that sweet concoction while dropping pastry’s and ice cream!!

Stay away, I can't remember if I read it or heard it from Kiefer, but alcohol will literally blunt fat burning up to a week. If you’re going to drink, understand the ramifications first. I'm getting married in September, I plan on partying then, but I haven't touched the drink in 3.5 months because this is more important.

Drinking will stop fat burning while the alcohol is being burned, but providing you aren't eating carbs with it you'll go back to burning fat once it's out of your system, but, it can stop testosterone production for up to a week.
