CBL for 2 workouts per day?

    how would one CBL for an am workout and another in the prime window?  I need this to compete in CrossFit, but the late workout is strength/Oly and the early is more HIIT then what most people think of as CrossFit.Supps?  Shakes?

    Shake sans carbs after HIIT in the morning, then pound the carbs after your resistance training.Use the search function, this has been discussed multiple times. 😛

    Hopefully you aren't doing that too much. You will quickly run your system down if doing multiple times a week. Training wise.
