CBL for 24% bf?

    i have had 0 results with cns still… no weight loss.. gut looks a little bigger actually… im beginning to think this is an episode of punk'd  im eating and eating this fat and protein hittin my numbers  etc....  i lift 4 days a week work landscape and nothing thoughts?  new ideas ? idk  im bout to buy the book but some ppl say cbl is for 15% bf or under

    What are you eating on CNS? Give us a usual day.

    well ive been at 250-257 lbs this whole time so i aim for about 250g of fat and proteini normally eat a pack of bacon and my packs contain 82g of fat per pack i eat 3-4 peices of chicken thighs with skin which is 19p/17f  and about 14-16 oz of beef throw in some eggs here and there i usually have a string cheese or two i cook everything in bacon fat i usually come in around 200-230g then factor in the fat cooked in and coconut oil.. if i feel im low in fat that day ill throw some coco oil into my shake or a powerade zero

    Read Kiefers comments on the most recent article on DH.com. CBL is not just for people under 15%bf. that's just a DH forum myth

    and how long have you been doing this? What you are eating looks fine. You sure there are no other sources of calories? What do you drink during the day?

    i shouldnt have to re do a prep phase tomorrow is my carb nite after 7 days.. i could just start it then right? and info on carb nites two days in a row if you train on those days like i dead on fridays then do shoulder press on saturdays

    I shouldnt have to ask but did you make sure the "flavoured cream" (whatever that is) and powerades dont have sugar in them?

    wow that took some effort by you so thanks for that.. ill keep at it.. get more definite and accurate mesaurements.. i tried contacting kiefer a few ways… and i guess hes gone hollywood doesnt accept clients of the likes of me… bitch im  a power lifter help me

    Agreed in some parts shokat, especially taking LBM to calculate protein and fat needs. However, counting calories and not using a 1:1 ratio for fat to protein means you arent doing CNS, which is fine if you choose to do so.Furthermore, a calorie is not just a calorie (a myth Kiefer has long ago disspelled). I would drop the protein and fat to 180-200 grams, drop the flavoured cream, powerade and such and reasses.Also, having the powerade before training that could contain ace-k (a sweetener that gives similar effects as sugar) could stop all fat burning during training. You are better off with coffee, maybe with a tbsp of coco oil.

    Maybe try CBL for a week or two.  Honestly, though, I don't see how you could lose fat on CBL and not CNS.  Also I would make sure your measurements are correct.  Sorry for your troubles.
