Hello, quick questionI am a hardgainer, who also gets hyperglycemia(at least thats what i think, i cant sleep, everything itches and i have to go to the toilet very often, however im not diabetic??) when eating very much carbs(say about ~3g within 4 hours?) in a very short period of time. So really have trouble putting on weight. Is CBL for me? How is it with CBL when i have a day where i lift only in the low rep range where muscular fatigue is low?excuse my bad englishJeannay
