I just started doing CBL. im still having trouble wrapping my head around eating carbs and junk at night before bed. I just want to hear from the girls out there. Is this program working for you? what kind of problems have you had if any? just stuff like that. tell me your experience with all of this. I am a gal who has always had trouble losing that last bit of fat and I want to look sculpted. any help will be much appreciated.thank you!
Honestly, most women will be happier if they do CNS. I'd be hesitant to recommend CBL to a woman unless she is very experienced and dedicated in the weight room.
