Hi all,This is my first post here...I'm a 53-year-old amateur bodybuilder who has followed Mario di Pasquale's Anaboloc diet for quite a few years (5 days high fat and very low carb, with 24-36 hours carbing up at weekends)... with quite good success! However, I really do feel that I would benefit from changing my diet somewhat, and have been doing a great deal of research on CBL, as it sounds very promising indeed.I haven't purchased the book yet, but I guess my main issue is whether CBL would be a good diet protocol for bodybuilders to follow. Are there any bodybuilders on here (or does anybody know of any bodybuilders) who follow CBL? I'm planning to compete in March/April next year, and have already upped my training as I am trying to put on additional muscle size up until the New Year, then the dieting down will start. I just need to get myself sorted out diet wise,Thanks for your input!Steve
