Specifically, what is the lower end of body fat percentage possible to reach/maintain at in relation to number of CBL days per week?
Any examples of people?
For instance, what is the lowest known body fat percentage of someone doing CBL 3 times a week, 5 times a week, 2 times a week, etc.
I’m particularly interested in 3 or 4 times a week. Looking for a long term lifestyle but would like some confidence that I can get under 10% body fat with 3 or 4 CBL per week.
I know the best is CNS, but its not as sustainable for me, plus I also would prefer to build some muscle. Knowing that there are people out there doing CBL 3 or 4 or more times a week and staying at 10% or lower would really give me the confidence that this method can work to achieve what I want. Thanks
