FairyGuestI know I want to be 12% body fat at 108 lbs before I start strength accumulation!I've never been 12% before, but I want to do it just because I want to see what I will look like 🙂 I will decide if I like it once I achieve it.

FairyGuestIt's also not the weight I plan to maintain 😉 That's just what I will weigh with my current muscle mass if I get to 12% . . . then I can work on strength accumulation.

Gl;itch.eMemberA couple pics below along with a leg shot, and a 420lb press with the slingshot.
Good stuff. About the slingshot. What are your raw bench numbers? Im looking at getting the original slingshot but not sure about how much assistance its going to add. Whats your opinion? I thought maybe Id be better off with the reactive one perhaps since my raw bench is pretty shit.

Craig HawkinsMemberGo for it brotha, the slingshot is the best investment I have made besides joining a gym. I dont flat bench as it gives me shoulder trouble but I hit 385lbs on decline for a 1 rep max. With the slingshot my best lift is that vid, 420lbs x 3. I have hit 430lbs x 2 with it too. Not only will it allow you to overload the bar, but in the process keep you very compact, injury free and has developed my triceps from the overload.

s2brhallMemberI have sh!tty shoulders injury wise. In your opinion does the slingshot really help protect them? I can't really do flat bench without causing shoulder pain (or decline bench for that matter, but i can do incline OK). I am wondering how much the sling shot assists off the bottom of the bench and how much how that might affect or detract from my raw bench. Any insight or recommendations would be great.Cheers.

Is there any reason to buy a slingshot if you don't have shoulder problems? Is it a good tool to use to bust through a plateau on the bench?
