Hi anyone that could help who is having good results would be great…I have been on CBL for a fair bit now and at the start made some good progress but kind of plateaus and now has actually declined. In terms of goals am trying to raise mass while keep bf sub 10%...I have increased mass of about 4-5lbs but so has my bf by about 3%...this shouldn't be happening I don't think!Here is a typical day I've been following:Wake up and have black coffee with cream (if no cream have coconut oil)Repeat every hour so till middayLunch around midday I have salad with oil based dressing with either chicken/turkey (6oz) and 30g whey isolate to accompany. Pre training shake of coffee and whey isolate, creatineHave bcaa throughout trainingPWO I have caffeine in shake, 60g whey isolate and creatine, with some more bcaa and dextrose about 30g..and if I have any ripe bananas I have 1/2 of them. Half hour later I have some white boiled rice with veg and chicken...about 2 medium sized breast or 1 large. 1 hr later I have some dirty carbs...about 200-250g in total so pastries/pizza or pasta2hr later I have the same again to fill my total cho volume of appx. 500gRight before bed I have my own version of a slow releasing desert....this may consist casein protein, miscellar, have not got my hands on any hydrolysates so far(could this be my problem) this casein I will mix this with chocolate and peanut butter, blend and put in microwave...is really niceOk so that is my day...any problems please point them out...would be highly appreciated...I am thinking of dropping the last desert as that could be putting on fat....ThanksM
