Hi All;I've had the CBL 1.0 book for about two weeks. Had been in a zero-usable-carb 'detox' for about a week, so I've passed through the Prep phase and have been backloading for a bit.I'm 29, a personal trainer, a karate guy. I've broken T5, 6, 8, dislocated my tailbone, have a straight neck that buckles to one side, so I'm limited in a few of the lifts I can do.Sitting right now around 180, not wanting to go back up in weight since that tends to irritate the various issues brought about from my injuries. Bodyfat appx 12%, wanting to get to 10, while increasing arm and chest size.Have been tracking my progress since starting the protocol, will post up a quick review and continue w/training log thereafter.Looks like a great community, glad to be here.
