Trevor G FullbrightModeratorIt's possible, but dropping into single digits requires a little more control on things then some maintaining sub 10% would.

Depends a lot on your own body's efficiency. Seems like post-workout carbs within 1 to 1.5 hours are almost always acceptable on training nights. Even CNS has allowed for certain amounts of post-workout carbs.what is current BF % ?

Depends on your volume, intensity, weight, and body fat percentage.

hack_attackParticipantDude, you are a world-class powerlifter. YES you can have carbs after every (or most) training nights, just don't go crazy. Start at 1g/lb of BW per backload and increase by increments of 25-50g every 2-3 weeks. Adjust from there. So start out with 3 or 4 backloads a week at 1g/lb of BW and see how your body reacts. Also, make sure to go check out the main site for updates and articles. They will answer a lot of questions.
