CBL or CNS for post competition?

    I did a 16 week prep for a bikini competition 5 weeks ago. I was 5’7 and 128 lbs for stage weight. I’m currently 136 lbs. I currently lift 5 days a week and do HIIT 4 days a week. Im looking to gain muscle but I do have fat to lose from my hips/thighs. What method should I go for?

    Unless you want to change your workouts, you would be better off with CBL. A person can still lose fat on CBL.
