On day 9 of prep phase. Tommorrow will be final day and was wondering if anything negative will happen if I stop prep phase after today instead of the 10 full days. Essentially ill be doing prep phase for 9.5 days because I will do no carb until after workout tmw (5pm). The reason why Im contemplating cutting the prep phase short by half a day is because tmw (feb 21st) is Fat Tuesday and id like to get some High GI carbs in post workout. So should i just pass and do the final day or would 9.5 days be sufficient.Any opinions please on this. Thank you
