You should be fine with getting any high quality isolate and hydrolysate  from PF or TN.

Benefical with making my own or getting a pre-made formula mix? I've been looking at the custom portion and everything has [milk] right next to the protein. I know for sure 'casein' and 'concentrate' are out the window for sure, I guess the lower levels of protein don't sit right with me. What I'm trying to figure out the higher quality mentioned. Like the isolate and hydrolyzed

Any good isolate or hydrolysate won't have anything that would effect you.You might even be able to make use of peptopro if you ever wanted to try and see.
