agentmadsParticipantokay! I have one more question, which actually is a little different topic but, I've been on carb nite for some weeks, but as mentioned above I've now switched to cbl.. before carb nite I was also very low carb... now, after a smaller backload yesterday (prob. 150g) I'm holding a lot of water, specially round my stomach.. I suppose this is just temporary, until my body gets used to more carbs coming in at a regular basis, correct? I'm feeling watery (as if I overdid a backload I think), but my muscles does not feel that full actually.. I was pretty carb depleted before backloading yesterday, so I'm almost 100% sure that I did not over-backload.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Richard SchmittModeratorHow'd you feel? It explains it in the CBL book. And there is a rough translation through the forums as well.

agentmadsParticipantFelt/feel I'm holding water, but not “jacked” as kiefer describes it in the book. More like flat, but watery at the same time. I only had rice for dinner, that was it. And as mentioned, i was pretty carb depleted before the backload. I'm thinking if more like the over-storing effect, coming off CNS?? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Richard SchmittModeratorWhat I mean by feel is energy wise. You sound like it wasn't enough.

agentmadsParticipantah okay.. I think it was too little, but it just didn't make sense since I'm holding that much water.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

agentmadsParticipantman, what do you use to get to 500g?? i mean…it's a good idea to avoid most sugars (because of fructose) and many also avoid grains and gluten.. that leaves out most high gi desserts Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

there are plenty of gluten free treats, you just gotta look of them, sometimes they are quite pricey. But rice krispy treats seem to be a crowd favorite

X2Pretty much anything can be made gluten free if you like to bake.

agentmadsParticipantokay, thanks for the food advise, so i had my 3rd backload yesterday (4th, tonight), and i'm feeling better than yesterday.. more energy and muscle feels fuller (i dont know if they are completely full, but definitely better).. skin is tighter, but NOT as tight as it was just 3 days ago before starting backloading (abs were more defined)... i'm thinking if this has something to do with me coming of a good amount of time of being very low carb? like the body need to adjust to more carbs? is this correct?i wanna wake up every morning feeling leaner and tighter too 😉thanks!

Richard SchmittModeratorBody will adjust and results will follow. Some days will be off some days will be great. Just stick to it and continue.
