OnymousKeymasterI'm looking for a good whey protein for the AM accelerator shake and the pre workout shake for CBL. So far the only kind I've been able to find without carbs and ace-k is this:About Time Whey Protein Isolate - Vanillahttps://www.supplementwarehouse.com/viewitem.asp?idproduct=199887Is this good for the first two daily CBL shakes? If not, any recommendations?

OnymousGuestSearched around the site. Can't find out what you're talking about.I know premades are on protein factory but I couldn't find any information on whether the blends were for strength accumulation or density bulking.

Lesli BortzParticipantblend H is good, or just buy an isolate anywhere. Don't really need a “mix”.

MikehrMember+1 just buy the proteins separetly from true nutrion and mix then yourself or just do straight WPI

Richard SchmittModeratorAh I wouldn't get Blend H from Protein Factory anymore. Kiefer mentioned on Facebook a while back how they went to a cheaper less effective isolate for his blends. Not very optimal. True Nutrition is you're best bet, I use Dymatize. They're good.

nray350MemberI've been buying all of the various proteins separately on True Nutrition and just mixing my own blends. Had pretty good luck with that so far.

Richard SchmittModeratorYes! Vanilla is awesome. I use ISO 100 and Elite Whey. I've only tried vanilla, chocolate and chocolate mint. I'm curious about the others.

Now I generally only use the ISO 100 for ULC days since the vanilla & banana have the lowest carbs but I have the cookies & cream and its pretty good .. and the coffee elite whey is sooo good!
