So ive been experimenting with training twice a day. Morning = cardio/coreEvening training session = resistance trainingI have my am accelerator 30 min before my AM session, then have a pwo shake with 20-25g of isolate with creatine and 25-50 mg of caffeine (sometimes i scratch the creatine and the caffeineI typically begin resistance training between 4pm - 5pm. Then do the typical cbl protocols.Any suggestions or comments on training twice a day and doing my cardio/core in the am? PWO after my AM session?
How's progress? If good, change nothing. If bad, then explain.
progress has been good, just went from 3 to 5 carb nights to help with energy as I do cardio 3-4 days per week but also feel a need to load of for my deadlift and squats days (which is when I do not do cardio). Backs loads have been "clean" so to speak. energy is still good by the PM session
For a few weeks I was training fasted AM, then doing a PM training and backloading after the PM session… including 30g carbs or so in the AM pwo shake. Was going well, but my schedule got fucked-up and stopped that.
