Running SA with this scheduleMonday train 11-12(super light) and 5-7pmTuesday train 10-12(5/3/1 press BBB model)Wednesday train 11-12(super light) and 7:30-9:30Thursday train 10-12(5/3/1 bench press)Friday train 11-12(super light) and 5:30-7:30Saturday and Sunday offHow should I backload with this? Mon wed fri night are no brainers, but should I consider tues and thurs redefined off days and keep it ULC?The morning workouts mon wed fri are not heavy enough to need prior fueling in my opinion, they're more like glroified mobility sessions (light snatches and cleans)I suppose I could run it like an in between SA and DB only keeping saturday ULC, but I was hoping to get some insightThanks

I'm guessing those are morning times, backload Monday and Wednesday to fuel the next mornings session and keep everything else low-carb. Could also do a small backload Sunday to fuel Monday's session since it looks like a two days off splitSent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

Yea the first listed are morning times, the second on MWF are evening. That sounds about the same as I was toying around with in my head. I thought Friday should also be a backloadĀ  othe as well though since the main workout is in the evening
