Anyone have any ideas about whether or not resistant starches (eg – potato starch) are acceptable in ultra low carb times, or during Backloads or Carb Nite? Any knowledge about whether or not the insulin-spike-blocking capacity of resistant starch is strong enough to counteract the mechanism of CBL or CNS?
