Apologies if this has been asked already.I'd like to try switching to 2 CBL days and giving that a shot. I'm currently doing 4 CBL days/week, corresponding with my 4 training sessions per week.My weekly schedule is:Chest, Legs, rest, Shoulders, Back, rest, restI have two major questions:1) Any idea if the CBLs make the most sense on Legs/Back days (second of two-in-a-row days) or Chest/Shoulders days? I'm female, in case that makes a difference.2) On the not-CBL but yes-training days, does it make sense to have a PWO shake? With or without leucine? With or without carbs?Thanks!
