CBLing fewer days than training days

    Apologies if this has been asked already.I'd like to try switching to 2 CBL days and giving that a shot.  I'm currently doing 4 CBL days/week, corresponding with my 4 training sessions per week.My weekly schedule is:Chest, Legs, rest, Shoulders, Back, rest, restI have two major questions:1) Any idea if the CBLs make the most sense on Legs/Back days (second of two-in-a-row days) or Chest/Shoulders days?  I'm female, in case that makes a difference.2) On the not-CBL but yes-training days, does it make sense to have a PWO shake?  With or without leucine?  With or without carbs?Thanks!

    Hey this is a valid idea and since females have a harder time depleting glycogen 2 backloads should be good. you wanna make the most of your Carbs by having them after a workout and working out the next day as well this is how i would do it. Chest-BackloadLegs-Ulc with just leucine and creatine in PWO shake (no carbs) restShoulders-backloadBack-ULC with just leucine and creatine in PWO shakeThis way you use the carbs for recovery and also to fuel the next days workout, and since you are atleast 2 days ULC before a backload you shouldnt have any problem spilling over.

    what about on those ULC days having just a whey isolate shake. Will that do? I haven't gotten my supps in the mail yet. I am doing a similar plan as well and tonight will be an ULC night but I will be working out. Just wondering if doing the whey alone will be safe, maybe with some coffee as well mixed in?

    Just the whey is perfectly fine u dont need the caffeine pwo unless your eating carbs after!
