I don't like to interrupt your cereal gluttony (in which I'm going to participate this evening, hadn't any for a long time, "too unhealthy"), but I stumbled across something about hfcs and sugar. I read that hfcs can sometimes contain up to 90% of fructose due to processing. I'm afraid food labeling isn't as strict as it is here in good old Germany. So, using saccharose might be even better. How do you guys think about it?
mmmm speculation is useless, that being said, sticking to the brand names stuff, they generally sweetened things w/ dextrose, or sugar. The store branch usually goes for the HFCS since it is cheaper.
