Whatever suits your needs. I actually use water and flavored whey isolate mixture. Then throw in a little ice cream. YUM.

I want some but worried about the trans fats in them. The Marshmallow Squares look awesome!Also with eating cereals, I use unsweetened coconut milk with added dextrose and whey isolate. If I'm needing some more carbs, I'll make a ice cream shake with those same ingredients and pour over cereal. Or over cakes/cookies

It's such a small amount it's not even worth worrying.I had half a box and it's only 2.5g total.
