wesmantoothGuestThose sound awesome. I've been doing Rice Krispies, raisins, and skim milk for awhile with a protein shake immediately post workout. Are you all eating this as your first BL meal PWO, or your second?

If you would have done that, I would have either A) Change costumes to keep coming back or B) Jump you and take ALL the goodies and run 8)

Dountful, Probably have to go to a legit health store for that, and then you'd probably be disappointed when they use "wholesome, whole grains" as their first ingredient.....

MarcoMemberI don't like to interrupt your cereal gluttony (in which I'm going to participate this evening, hadn't any for a long time, “too unhealthy”), but I stumbled across something about hfcs and sugar. I read that hfcs can sometimes contain up to 90% of fructose due to processing. I'm afraid food labeling isn't as strict as it is here in good old Germany. So, using saccharose might be even better. How do you guys think about it?
