For fun this morning i had all my PT clients come to the gym today, Saturday morning participate in a challenge. i do this once a month as a free session. I do not consider this a workout but some fun to put all their skills to the test, the session entails doing as many reps as possible with a weight that adds up to Bodyweight +10%:- so i weigh 91kg so i had to use 100kg for all movements, with 1min rest between movements. Clients did the exercise in a conga line fashion, so one finished and the next set the weights up and started straight away.Today i had 18 of my clients come inĀ ;D i just thought i'd share the challenge as even though it is tough at the time you feel awesome when you finish.
