$6 buffets? Wow!Yeah, unfortunately WF has been buying out lots of the independent health food stores in London and semi-monopolising the market, so not really such a blessing. I will be making my own food too with dextrose, gluten free flour and rice, but until I get some reliable recipes down it's good to have some cheap junk around
For me its the protein foods that are expensive. Carbs are cheap as. Worked out that Im spending about $208 (NZ Dollars) a week on food. And Im not even Density Bulking yet!
The ULC is where the money is spent. To buy the highest quality foods like grass fed beef and DHA enhanced eggs, you are going to be breaking the bank. Good thing its hunting season coming up, I need to replace that beef with deer.
Yep, I don't mind spending lots of money for the highest quality meat and butter, I just get pissed when I have to spend lots of money on sugary junk 😉 Bit it's okay, I've realized eating out + Whole Foods was the issue.

I hope you read Kiefer's articles on organic produce. If you are buying produce there, you are better off going to Wal-Mart to get it.
Yeah, I got the general idea: meat + dairy, get organic; veg, get whatever
