Hey Everyone!My mom has started on carb nite and has asked me about using chia seeds. Depending on the brand, the label usually says 1g on usable carbs or less. Has anyone used these? By the label they should be legit and also a good option for fiber if you don't want to supplement. They have about 5g F per serving and its mostly omega3's which is great. I told her that they are probably fine, but I wouldn't recommend a ton of them (like multiple servings a day). I was using them to mix in with my protein shakes, but it's the protein shakes that are the problem (except post-workout). I'm not sure where else to use them, honestly.
