cinnamon: ULC or backload?

    hey allso i've read on these forums that cinnamon is really good to add to your backload, because it helps insulin clear the glucose from your blood. i've also read that it's really good to add to your ULC regimen because it prevents insulin spikes. it would seem these two points contradict each other, no?i'm not sure which way i should be supplementing cinnamon. thoughts?

    Don't “supplement” with it, but use it to season anything you'd like anytime.

    “supplementing” was a bad choice of words. so are both points true? or is it just that the amount of cinnamon used is negligible for having any real effects either way.and thanks for the input, btw

    You would need large quantity of a particular cinnamon that isn't often found in stores and is expensive to buy.
