In the book it says that the optimal training time is between 4-6 pm….is that based on someone who wakes up at 6am, 8am, 9am? I wake up at around 9, so is training between 4-6 pm still ideal based on my circadian rhythm?
So is there a minimum number of hours of sunlight necessary to make it work…say 7? I'm just trying to figure out why Kiefer says optimal training hours are between 4-6 pm
You guys are overthinking this. Unless you live in the polar regions where you have darkness for months at a time an hour shift isnt going to make much difference. If you were going to get really anal and freaked out about it then youd probably not backload on overcast or cloudy days or days where you are indoors the whole time.
