    Yea my first thought was to give it another month before changing it up, as I had only been at it for a month. Maybe Ill just add another movement or 2 to each workout and keep at it..

    I had my macros at around 120-140g/p and 110-120g/f daily. Sat was 2-3 hr bl after a heavy full body routine at around 300-400 g/carbs. Wed was the second after squats and sumo deads w one meal at around 2-300 g/carbs. In addition, 4 other heavy sessions mainly consisting of 5x5s. I felt muscles getting real full even w only 2 refeeds, but no noticeable fat loss.. What would u change? Figured I just drop down to 1 big refeed and reevaluate

    I can't recommend anything for you because I don't know your body. You just have to watch your spill over and tweak until you find whats right.

    I pretty much define it as having fat and carbs with your meals. Mine have been mainly Jasmine rice and bbq chicken to start it off, than either more chicken and rice or frutty pebbles with skim milk, than I have a home made gluten free pizza and than a desert.
