GnomerParticipant1. that is an old video2. he says you can use them but if you listen to his more recent stuff and podcasts he says you should be limiting(not eliminating) hydrogenated oils and vegetable/nut oils

i personally don't do corn.. but i'd say yes that would be preferential over cereal with processed oils and hydrogenated fats.. "clean" is really hard to define as everyone has their own views of what is a "clean" or "dirty" food. For CBL itself the results won't matter much in terms of muscle growth and fat loss for a lot of people... also depends what your views on overall health and longevity are...

Richard SchmittModeratorYeah, exactly why I said Krispy Kreme is a good choice. The one I used to go to makes them every day there in house and delivery them around town.

mostly because corn gives me horrible bloating.. but also i try to limit GMO foods most of the time.. in the US soybean, wheat, canola, and corn are generally the most widely used GMO seeds

CBachelor17MemberMy main point on krispy kreme is the poor ingredients they use. If freshly made or not. Keifer also used that chain as reference as the bad choice end of choosing donuts.
