I had my macros at around 120-140g/p and 110-120g/f daily. Sat was 2-3 hr bl after a heavy full body routine at around 300-400 g/carbs. Wed was the second after squats and sumo deads w one meal at around 2-300 g/carbs. In addition, 4 other heavy sessions mainly consisting of 5x5s. I felt muscles getting real full even w only 2 refeeds, but no noticeable fat loss.. What would u change? Figured I just drop down to 1 big refeed and reevaluate
I can't recommend anything for you because I don't know your body. You just have to watch your spill over and tweak until you find whats right.
