CN for 2 months

    Macros around 170g of fat and 150-160g of protein today. How does that sound? Weighing around 225 still wanting to speed up fat/weight loss…

    I am the exact same way. Watching the scale during the week is a dreadful dance of will I drop enough to get below last weeks CN.I am going to try and change macros around next week to:1g fat : .5g Protein (if possible with energy levels.) Ill increase to .8g if.I have to.I am gw 200 currently 240. Currently macros are 1g Protein : .8g Fats.Hopefully the problem is I'm not burning the fats well enough. Ill let you guys know if that changes the rate of loss at all. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk

    Just for an update. This week i dropped 4 lbs. The only major thing I did different was the macro swap I mentioned above. My back is still gimped (deadlift F up) up so I was not able to lift at all. Hopefully eating ~100g protein is enough to prevent muscle deterioration. Just an update. We will see how next week goes!Later!

    Eating enough fat does more to maintain muscle mass then eating more protein.

    I actually dropped down to 225 yesterday which is the fastest ive dropped in a while so im hoping to weigh in at an all time low tomorrow morning. I was 225.2 this morning and yesterday. Took a day off from the gym yesterday but will be lifting tonight. Time will tell tomorrow morning!

    215.6!!! Figured id give the update. I was eating way too much overall daily i noticed. I have 2 main meals a days and some almonds and coffee in the morning /afternoon. Feel good, still no abs though… Hmm

    Thanks Man! I did weigh in morning of CN Saturday and went back up to 217lbs haha. That kinda pissed me off but Oh well. Was all the way up to 223 on Sunday after CN but down to 219 as of this morning. Still have all week to drop all the CN weight off, plus some (hopefully). Hoping to hit 210 soon and see some damn abs! (never have before)
