Ok here's one for the record books. I'm three weeks in and tonight was my third CN. I had a half marathon planned months ago with my husband for tonight. I ended up just doing the 10k and walked it all but it was smack dab in the middle of my CN. Not an ideal situation but I made the best of it.It actually helped me get way more food in than I usually can on a CN. I have trouble cuz I get full after the first CN meal. I eat more eventually but have to definitely use the whole 8 hour s Anyone else having trouble getting the C N amount in ?Also anyone else do low intensity cardio during their CN if love to hear about that. ThanksIt's . Almost like I should do that every CN....way a meal, walk it off so I can eat d another large-ish one again
When I was on CN, my buddy and I would go have our first meal, then go to the park and play frisbee for an hour. We both realized we felt WAY better doing that, and were able to eat up better afterwards.
