Can one of the coaches speak to the issue of Hypoglycemia and how it is affected with CNS? I’ve been LCHF for a couple years and doing CNS since January. I noticed a decrease in hypoglycemic issues since eating low carb, but I still tank from time to time. For instance this week on day 5 of ULC I woke up feeling like trash, blood sugar level was 52. I ended up just eating a handful of M&Ms which took the edge off the massive headache and helped me think straight. Is there anything I should be considering as far as my nutrition/macros so that I don’t have this problem ongoing?
