CNS- I’m too mellow and sluggish every day

    Wouldn't skip working out while being on CNS. Working out also preserves muscles.But yeah, you gotta adjust your routine imo.

    Perhaps this is a stupid idea, but you might want to try looking into precursors for the various neurotransmitters and then make it a point to make sure you're getting those from either supplements or food (raw eggs, for example, being high in choline come to mind).  If that doesn't work, listening to Ray Lewis usually helps.-AF

    I work out 6 days of the week. http://www.dangerouslyhardcore.com/2113/carb-nite-how-you-can-and-should-get-stronger/Normally I do my weight train on mon, wed, frithen on tuesday and thurs I do very slow paced walks (like 3 mph) for about 30-40 mins -- you can go for 20 mins.I read somewhere that since you are not tapping into any carb reservoirs you are immediately burning fat when you begin your workout. The article above says that your body does a great job tapping into your fat stores.After a week or so, things get much much much better.
