Hi, have been doing CNS for several weeks now and following the various forum posts and have picked up some very useful tips. Thanks!! I do have a question about what to eat during the day in preparation of your Carb Nite. Do you go somewhat fasted during the day until your CNS begins? Carb Nite tomorrow night....looking forward to it!
Thanks for the quick responses. To answer Tex's question, my goal is fat/weight loss while prepping for Powerlifting Comp….currently at high bf% so wanting to maximize dropping the fat. I've been having eggs/bacon on CN mornings and then try not to eat til 5pm when CN begins. So it sounds like I am on the right track. Will try to incorpoarate a lifting session tomorrow and see how that goes.
