Hey guys. I am 28 year old mom of 2 and nanny to 2 more. 5'5 148 pounds. I have previously done Weight Watchers along with lots of cardio and some resistance training. This time, hopefully for the long haul, am doing CNS, Body Beast program, and pole classes (nothing like pulling your body up and down for over an hour). I have been doing CNS for about a month now and I am down 15 pounds and several inches. I love the feeling these programs give me. I was able to go on vacation for 2 weeks make it the gym almost everyday at 5am plus stay on track! I would like to say thanks to my husband for turning me onto all of this. He kinda rocks my socks 🙂
