    Can someone help me make a workout schedule with carb-nite to lose fat and gain strength.. please

    Either do push/pull/legs with 2 conditioning days or 2 upper/lower twice per week with 1 conditioning day.

    what do you mean push/pull? can u write it out like Mon- Tue- etc.  ...thank you

    Say your carb nite is sunday.Monday is legs, Tuesday is conditioning, Thursday is pulling (back and Bi), Friday is conditioning, Sunday is pushing (Chest, shoulders, tris)You could move that around to best fit your schedule.Upper lower is pretty obvious.You have two days of upper body movements and two days of lower body movements plus 1 day of conditioning.
