In my second go-round on CNS that I ramped back up since mid Jan. Down approx 42lbs, 22 inches and down to around 24% bf from gawd knows where. Since summers are extremely short where I live, along wth patio seasons and with vacay's etc, I'm planning to switch from CNS to a modified CBL. Been working out and mountain biking during the srping and into the summer and now this is what I'm looking to do for the summer:Last regular CNS is this thurs (19th)Then I plan to go ULC for the next 4 days while maintaining my regular workout scheduleFollowed by a CBL session on the eve of the 24th, but instead of a massive CN style re-feed, I plan to have a moderate oneThe next 4 days that follow I plan to re introduce carbs slowly into my diet in the evenings only, staying ULC in the AM and afternoons. From there on forward, on weight training / backload days I plan to have carbs with an evening meal and someĀ  carbs later in the eve. On non training or mountain biking days, I simply plan to have a regular carb side with an evening meal. My goal is not to bulk up, but to try and keep the FL gains while adding a bit of lean muscle during my regular workouts. Will likely go back to CNS come fall for another cycle of 20 weeks or so.Missing anything?
